Blockchain investigator, ZachXBT’s defamation lawsuit filed by tech entrepreneur Machi Big Brother. The lawsuit stems from an article published in June 2022, detailing Huang’s alleged embezzlement of 22,000 Ethereum.

However, on June 15, Machi Big Brother initiated legal action in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, alleging false allegations and reputational damage caused by ZachXBT’s research.

ZachXBT Appeals for Community Support

In response to the lawsuit, ZachXBT took to Twitter on June 16, sharing details of the legal proceedings and requesting assistance from the community.

Highlighting the financial imbalance between him and Machi Big Brother, ZachXBT expressed concern about potential attempts to silence him. Facing the financial burden of legal fees, ZachXBT took to Twitter to seek financial assistance.

Further, he created a donation address to collect funds for legal costs. In a tweet, ZachXBT emphasized the disparity in resources between himself and Machi Big Brother, portraying the lawsuit as a battle between David and Goliath. He expressed his hope that with the community’s support, the truth would prevail.

Community Support Pours In

Subsequently, ZachXBT’s call for help resonated with his followers, leading to an outpouring of support. Even influential figures like Binance’s CEO Changpeng Zhao and Tron founder Justin Sun lent their backing.

Within a span of just two days, the community contributed more than $1 million in various tokens to ZachXBT’s digital wallet. His portfolio now includes stablecoins, Ethereum, as well as meme tokens like Pepe Coin.

Legal Representation Secured

With the substantial financial support received, ZachXBT enlisted the services of Brown Rudnick’s attorneys, Stephen Palley and Jess Meyers. Meyers, known for her involvement in Johnny Depp’s defamation case against Amber Heard, joined the legal team representing ZachXBT in this critical mission.

As this legal battle unfolds, the outcome remains uncertain, but ZachXBT’s determination to uncover the truth remains unwavering.
